Delivery Information and Policy
Delivery time slot available:
Before lunch (9am - 1pm)
After lunch (2pm - 6pm)
Please note that there will be NO specific timing delivery for 11th to 14th Feb 2012
Additional delivery charges:
$10 - 12th - 14th Feb 2012
Delivery charges for non-floral gifts
$20 - 11th Feb 2012
$25 - 12th - 14th Feb 2012
Minimum purchase of $30 for any delivery
for 11th to 14th Feb 2012
All Valentine's day hand bouquet prices are inclusive of delivery charge to 1 venue.
There will NOT be any re-delivery; A simple lifestory reserve all rights to leave the flowers / gifts outside the door of the recipient's address without prior notice.
An additional fee of $10 fee on top of the delivery fee will be charged for deliveries to Sentosa
We do not deliver to the following locations:
Army Camps, Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex and Terminals, PSA Ports and
Ferry Points
All valentine's day orders have to be confirmed with payment at least 3 days before their delivery dates
For actual day delivery, please confirm your order latest by 1pm on 12th Feb, 2012
We do not provide overseas delivery
Customer information is not sold to or

There will be no refund once payment is done

item of equal value in the event that the flower/gift featured is/are not available
at the time of ordering.
